Daughters Screening at the Paris Theater

Black Women in TV & Film had the honor of attending the screening of Daughters on Wednesday, August 7th, at the Paris Theater. This film follows four incredible young girls as they prepare for a Daddy Daughter Dance with their incarcerated fathers, part of a unique and powerful fatherhood program in a Washington, D.C., jail. These stories remind us of the strength within our communities and the deep bonds that transcend even the most challenging circumstances.
